Yoga Nidra is a state of deep relaxation where one floats between waking and sleeping. In a Yoga Nidra session, participants are guided into a deep relaxation state where they get the opportunity to let go of external distractions and concentrate on their inner experiences. This journey helps quiet the mind's constant chatter, paving a way for an internal silence which creates a profound sense of peace. Benefits of the yogic sleep practice are reduction of stress and tension in the body, improvement in sleep, boosting of immune system, increasing energy levels, enhancing focus and concentration, promotion of emotional healing, improving emotional resilience, and so much more. Blankets, mats, and eye pillows will be provided to you as Mari Pirie-St. Pierre eases you into this magical yogic sleep.
Cello sound healing is a therapeutic immersion, akin to a sound bath, where the cello’s voice-like frequencies resonate deeply with the listener, fostering a sense of connection and profound peacefulness. Alisa crafts each session to create a soothing soundscape using octaves, trills, and pentatonic scales, along with harmonics, sustained drones, and the gentle resolution of dissonance. These techniques, combined with the cello’s rich, familiar tones, release emotional tension and encourage balance, clarity, and deep relaxation, allowing participants to reconnect with an inner sense of calm and serenity.

Descent, Reflection, and Integration Join us for a three-part immersive sound journey designed to guide you into deep states of connection, contemplation, and integration. 📷 Part One – Descent into the Lower World Guided by the steady pulse of shamanic drumming, participants are invited to travel into the lower world—a realm of wisdom and instinct—where you may meet power animals or spirit guides who offer support, insight, and healing. 📷 Part Two – Reflection and Stillness Following the journey, we move into a state of quiet contemplation. The flowing sounds of the ocean drum and resonant singing bowls will hold space for you to reflect on your experiences, allowing their meanings to unfold gently and naturally. 📷 Part Three – Integration To close, tuning forks will be used to harmonize body and mind, supporting integration of the journey’s lessons. Participants will be guided into journaling, grounding insights into written form so they may be carried forward with clarity and intention. This sound journey is open to all levels of experience.
