Yoga Nidra is a research-supported relaxation practice that guides participants into a state of conscious rest, where the body can recover and the mind can settle. Throughout the session, awareness is systematically guided through the body’s seven primary energy centers (chakras) to support balance, integration, and stability.

Participants will rest comfortably on their mats. Blankets, mats, and eye pillows will be provided as Mari Pirie-St. Pierre guides the session in a calm, supportive environment.
