Hatha Yoga

This classical Hatha Yoga class focuses on grounding and bringing stability to the body and mind, while building strength and flexibility through slow-paced practice. Open to all levels of practitioners, whether you are a beginner or an advanced student. This is an accessible yoga class where modifications and props are provided to support your individual practice needs. Focus will be on breathing, alignment and holding postures.
