Core Harmony Yoga

This class blends the foundational principles of classical Hatha Yoga with mindful, strength-focused movements that engage the core and stabilize the body. Postures are practiced with attention to alignment, breath, and muscular engagement, supporting the development of strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness.

Gentle yet intentional movements invite you to refine posture, deepen breath, and cultivate mindful control, allowing the body to move with ease and resilience. Throughout the practice, movements engage the core and stabilize the body, supporting strength, balance, and mindful alignment.

Props and modifications are available so each student can customize the practice to their needs, making it welcoming to beginners while still offering depth and challenge for experienced practitioners.
