Guided by its current stewards, you’ll begin your experience with a 45-minute Ghost Tour, where captivating tales of Bishop Conroy, Mrs. Gardner, and other reported spirits come to life.

After the tour, settle into a candlelit space inside this historic mansion for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, followed by a curated Sound Bath featuring crystal singing bowls and atmospheric instruments. This combined practice invites deep relaxation, nervous-system regulation, and a grounded sense of presence in the moment.
