
Deep Release Gentle Yoga is a slow, supportive yoga practice designed to help the body release chronic tension, ease everyday aches and pains, and calm the nervous system.
Through carefully supported postures, gentle spinal movements, and mindful breathing, students are guided to relax deeply into each pose. Rather than pushing or straining, the body is given time and support to naturally unwind and restore balance.
This practice can help relieve tightness and discomfort throughout the body — including the back, hips, shoulders, joints, and muscles — while encouraging a deep sense of relaxation and ease.
