Sunday Morning Deep Release Gentle Yoga

Deep Release Gentle Yoga is a slow, supportive yoga practice designed to help the body release chronic tension, ease everyday aches and pains, and calm the nervous system.

Through carefully supported postures, gentle spinal movements, and mindful breathing, students are guided to relax deeply into each pose. Rather than pushing or straining, the body is given time and support to naturally unwind and restore balance.

This practice can help relieve tightness and discomfort throughout the body — including the back, hips, shoulders, joints, and muscles — while encouraging a deep sense of relaxation and ease.

Many students attend this class seeking:

• relief from stiffness, tension, or general aches
stress reduction and nervous system relaxation
• improved mobility and comfort in the body
• a slower, more mindful yoga practice

Deep Release Gentle Yoga is accessible for beginners and experienced students alike. It is especially supportive for those who feel tight, fatigued, stressed, or who prefer a gentle yoga class focused on relaxation, healing, and restoration.

Classes move at a slow pace with time to settle comfortably into each posture so the body can soften and release tension naturally.

All props are provided, and modifications are offered throughout the class so every student feels supported and comfortable.

No prior yoga experience is necessary.
