
Join us for a unique and inclusive yoga experience that combines the support of Chair Yoga with the grounding flow of Hatha Yoga. This class is designed to improve flexibility, balance, strength, and stability, while fostering a deeper connection to the breath and inner stillness through mindful movement and meditation.
This practice is suitable for all levels, including beginners, older adults, and anyone working with mobility challenges or recovering from injury. Options will be provided throughout so you can tailor the practice to your own needs, whether you stay seated, use the chair for balance, or take the poses to the mat.
We will incorporate:
Props Provided: chair and a limited supply of blocks, straps, and mats
Please Bring: Your yoga mat, blocks, and straps if you have them.
