Step outside your comfort zone — and into the snow.

We’ll begin with 30 minutes of standing yoga outdoors, practicing mindful movement and breath in the crisp winter air. Practicing yoga outside supports circulation, mobility, mental clarity, and resilience — and invites a deep connection to the season and the natural world.

After our outdoor practice, we’ll head inside to warm up with cocoa and tea, allowing the body and nervous system to settle. From there, you’ll rest comfortably for a deeply restorative sound bath, where soothing vibrations support relaxation, grounding, and a full nervous system reset.
