Athena Community Yoga (Online)

Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga, where students use a chair for support during postures and breathing exercises. This class is perfect for those who sit for extended periods, are recovering from an injury or illness, or simply prefer to enjoy yoga's benefits without floor exercises. You’ll experience increased strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility, as well as improved circulation and cognitive function. No prior yoga experience is needed.
